Handmade Two Bananas Polymer Clay Button
This handmade polymer clay button features two bananas side by side, with bright yellow skins and brown tips. It is handcrafted in the Manucréa workshop in Romans-sur-Isère, France, using the traditional polymer clay cane technique, which allows intricate designs to be integrated directly into the clay.
Each design is produced in a limited series using the polymer clay cane technique. Although this process faithfully reproduces the same pattern, slight variations in shape, colour or size may occur from one button to another. These subtle differences are the hallmark of genuine handcrafted work.

A handmade button crafted in France
Since 2009, every Manucréa button has been handcrafted in the workshop in Romans-sur-Isère.
Each design is created using the traditional polymer clay cane technique. Different coloured clays are assembled to form a pattern running through the entire cane, which is gradually reduced before being sliced into thin sections. Every button is then baked, drilled and individually inspected before being offered for sale.

The qualities of polymer clay
Colours are created by blending polymer clays and are integrated directly into the material during the cane-making process. They remain vibrant over time and withstand everyday washing.
The buttons are neither painted nor varnished.
Each button has two sewing holes, is approximately 3 mm thick, and its dimensions are shown in the photographs in both centimetres and inches.
Care
Machine washable up to 40 °C.
Avoid tumble drying and direct ironing.
Keep away from young children.
